James the Eel
Once upon a time there was an eel named James who lived in the Omaru Creek.. The colour of it was brown and it was old. The rubbish was in the water, the water smelled stink.. It smelled like there was a dead rat. He lived with his family and friends.
One day James got sick of the dirty water and wanted to go look for a new home. He looked and found a new home where the water was clean. James took his family and friends there and lived happily ever after.

Hi Damien. Mrs Armstrong from East Tamaki here. What a great piece of writing about what can happen if we don't look after our environment. Well done. Take care.....Mrs A
